HOW TO USE THEM

• Before - Wash and dry your nose thoroughly. Skin must be clean and dry for the adhesive to stick properly. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or broken skin. Preferably apply 20–30 minutes before exercise or activity.
• Application - Remove the protective film from the strip. Place the strip centered over the bridge of the nose, above the opening of the nostrils. Gently press down for 15 seconds along the entire strip to ensure good adhesion.
• During use - Use for a maximum of 12 hours per application. Discontinue use immediately if there are signs of skin irritation, redness, or discomfort.
• Removal - Gently remove the strip from the sides towards the center. Lightly moisten the skin with water if you experience resistance during removal.
• Important For single use only. Store dry at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Drug-free.
