HOW TO USE THEM

• Before - Wash and dry your nose thoroughly. Skin must be clean and dry for the adhesive to stick properly. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or broken skin. Apply 20–30 minutes before exercise or activity if possible.
• Application - Remove the protective film from the strip. Place the strip centrally across the bridge of your nose, above the opening of the nostrils. Gently press firmly for 15 seconds along the entire strip to ensure good adhesion.
• During use - Use for a maximum of 12 hours at a time. Discontinue use immediately if signs of skin irritation, redness, or discomfort appear.
• Removal - Gently remove the strip from the sides towards the center. Lightly moisten the skin with water if you experience resistance during removal.
• Important For single use only. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. Drug-free.
