How to use OxyCourt Nasal Strips
Start with clean, dry skin — wash and dry the bridge of your nose. Peel off the protective film, place the nasal strip across the bridge of your nose and press the ends down for 15 seconds. Wear it during training, recovery or sleep. Remove gently afterwards. Single use.
